Contemplative Psychology is a holistic and integrative approach to healing that is expansive, open, and untethered to one particular methodology or modality. It recognizes the uniqueness of each individual’s journey while considering a particular shared wisdom that resides within all of us. It’s a dynamic approach that attends to body, mind and spirit, and allows the therapeutic process to evolve based on an individual’s needs.
